Yes, I know it has been a while!!!

Yup, it has been about 3 weeks since I hit the update button. Sorry to disappoint any who were thinking I might have had a relapse and was too sick to get to the computer and hack out a feeble Blog posting. No, I'm now ableto sprint to the computer and hack out a feeble Blog posting!

As it happens, I'm doing great and feeling good and healthy. I have the 1st of my 3 monthly check-ups shortly and have no reason to doubt it will be all very straightforward.

I'm back at work (as in at the office) full time again now, rather than working from home, even though I prefer working from home. We're really busy at the moment with plenty of work in progress and looks like plenty on the horizon.

We're both continuing to enjoy our meagre efforts at the pitch and putt golf course at the Ellerslie Racecourse. Slow and steady improvement all round. By next year I'll probably be offering Steve Williams a job caddying for us.

A couple of weeks ago I was dealing with a Catholic Church in the eastern suburbs. The priest was (and probably still is) a delightful chap with a keen sence of humour and a liking for Goon humour. He related a story where an interviewer had asked the last Pope "How many people work in the Vatican"? The Pope replied "Oh, about half of them!". True story (unlike the following)...

Two silk worms had a race. They ended up in a tie.

A hole has been found in the nudist camp wall. The police are looking into it.

A recent burglary of all the toilet bowls at the local police station has the cops very annoyed.

At this stage they have nothing to go on.

Atheism is a non-prophet organization.
